Eat Chili Peppers to Reduce Blood Pressure

31% of Americans have high blood pressure. A new study from China suggests that regularly eating chili peppers may help lower blood pressure. The study found a possible link between the compound capsaicin, found in chili peppers, and the relaxation of blood vessels. So pour on the Tabasco, Cholula, Srichata, or Tapa Tio, but have your water handy!
