Magic Fat Loss Pill?!?!?

Sorry! A recent German study found that there was no significant difference in fat loss between a group of people that took weight loss pills and a group that did not.

Still more proof that the best way to lose fat and get healthy is regular exercise and sensible eating.

Interesting, but not so surprising fact: 50% of people abandon their fitness plans within a year of starting them.
