Only my kids know it isn’t really sour cream.
I use non-fat Greek yogurt in many ways. It is my substitute for mayonnaise in my tuna (or chicken) salad. It is my sour cream. It is my base when I make the Hidden Valley Ranch dressing from the powdered mix. It is my whipping cream. I have it with my scrambled egg whites. I use it for my horsey-sauce for prime rib. I love it!!!
Here is one of my recipes that surprises all my friends when they try it. I put it on my baked potatoes and baked sweet potatoes, or dip just about anything in it.
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (it has more protein than regular yogurt)
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (not the horseradish sauce)
About 6 shakes of Cholula (or any hot sauce)
Mix well and serve.
It is so good, I even eat it straight.
