Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies (BLS instructor courses)
- There are no refunds for classes once the online course access code and/or the instructor eBook has been sent to you. No exceptions.
- If you miss your class for ANY reason, we offer a one-time only 50% discount to reschedule your class.
- If you miss your rescheduled class for any reason, the full course fee will be due.
- Cancellation of the BLS Instructor course must be made by phone at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the course date.
- Rescheduling of the BLS Instructor course may ONLY be submitted ONLINE, and must be received 5 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the class.
- Business days are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- You must BRING ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION to class or you will be turned away and the rescheduling fee will apply.
- Please arrive early. You will not be allowed in class late, and will be charged the rescheduling fee, and there are no cancellations or refunds.
- Rescheduled classes must be approved by the administration, as priority seating is given to students paying full course fee.
- Receipt and confirmation expire in 90 days after which fees will be forfeited.
STEPS TO RESCHEDULING YOUR CLASS
- Enroll ONLINE in a new course date.
- Enter and apply the discount code “reschedule”
- Note on the registration form in the box titled “I need this certification for” that you are rescheduling your class from [old class date].
- Use the “Choose to Pay With” drop-down box to choose the option to pay online or by phone.
- Place your order.
- Your new booking will not be confirmed until it is PAID AND APPROVED by course administrator.
- Priority seating is given to students paying the full course fee.

Auditing of instructor courses is NOT permitted. Anyone who stays in our facility during the instructor course must pay the course fee.
CHILDCARE IS NOT PROVIDED. Please do not bring children to class. You will be asked to reschedule and the rescheduling fee will apply.
