It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you are enrolled in the correct class. Cancellation & rescheduling policies apply if even you enroll in the wrong class.
Course CANCELLATIONS may only be done via TELEPHONE, and must be RECEIVED 2 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the class (business days are Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm – excluding holidays & weekends).
RESCHEDULING of classes may only be submitted ONLINE, and must be RECEIVED 2 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the class (business days are Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm – excluding holidays & weekends).
NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 2 full business days’ notice.
Please arrive early. You will not be allowed in class late, and will be charged a $20.00 rescheduling fee, and there are no cancellations or refunds for late arrivals or missed classes. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Your seat is not guaranteed if you are late!
If you miss your class due to tardiness, you will be assessed a rescheduling fee of $20.00.

2 BUSINESS DAYS’ notice (business days are Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm – excluding holidays & weekends) is required for rescheduling a course or a rescheduling fee of $20.00 will be assessed.
Class may be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times and only with 2 BUSINESS DAYS’ (business days are Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm – excluding holidays & weekends) notice.
Receipt and confirmation expire in 60 days after which fees will be forfeited.
Auditing of class is NOT permitted. Anyone who stays in our facility during class must pay for the class.
CHILDCARE IS NOT PROVIDED. Please do not bring children to class. You will be asked to reschedule and the rescheduling fee will apply.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE TRANSLATORS. TRANSLATORS MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. ONLY ONE TRANSLATOR PER CLASS. PLEASE CALL FOR OUR COMPLETE POLICY ON TRANSLATORS
Rescheduling Procedures – to reschedule your class, please:
- Enroll in a new course date.
- Note on the registration form in the “I need this certification for” box that you are rescheduling your class
- Choose the “pay offline” option
- Submit your registration
- Call AmeriMed CPR Training at 619-469-7109
- Pay the rescheduling fee (if applicable)
- Your original payment will be transferred and your new enrollment will then be approved.
