Make Your Own Ice Pack

Frozen peas, corn, and beans are easy to use as ice packs.

You can also make a reusable ice pack using the “recipe” below:

Mix 3 parts water to 1 part rubbing alcohol in a heavy duty zip-seal freezer bag (double-bag for extra security).

Place in freezer.

Usually ready to use in 2 hours.

Remember to always place a barrier between the skin and any ice-pack to avoid damaging the skin.
