  1. Which class do I need? – The employer, school, licensing board, or organization that is requiring you to take this course will specify which certification they require. However, based on our experience, we offer the following information. Keep in mind, it is YOUR responsibility to confirm that this information is correct, and we are not responsible if you select and attend the wrong course. Click here for HELP CHOOSING A CLASS.
  1. How much are the classes? – Prices vary based on the number of classes you attend and the level of training you need. Click here for a Price List.

  4. How do I get a replacement card? – We do not keep copies of students’ cards. We strongly recommend you make a copy of your card as soon as possible. If your card is lost or stolen, you may order a new card by providing the information on this ORDER FORMPEDIR UN CERTIFICADO NUEVO
  5. Is there any financial aid available to help pay for my class? – The YMCA Childcare Resource and Referral Service may have vouchers available for childcare providers.   7. Can I translate for someone who does not speak English? – We offer classes in Arabic and Spanish, and prefer that students attend the class in their native language. Otherwise, we have a strict translator policy. Click here for our TRANSLATOR / INTERPRETER POLICY.
